made with 450labs This page is one of our builds. Yours would work the same way.

Your website, and the thing that runs it.

The site your customers see, and the panel behind it. Take orders, take bookings, change a price, publish a post, and get a message on your phone the moment something happens.

Nothing to pay until you have seen it built.

(01) Recognition

You clicked a small line at the bottom of a site you liked. Fair enough.

That site was built here, and so was the panel its owner uses to change it. Yours works the same way: the pages your customers see, plus one login where you edit the menu, take the order, answer the booking and publish the post. We build the whole thing, not just the front of it.

  • The public site, and the panel that runs it
  • One login, on your phone, with no developer to call
  • Live on your own domain, with the content yours to edit
(02) What we build

Pick the kind of site that fits your business.

Start from whichever is closest. Every one of them gets built around you rather than filled in from a template.

01
A one-page site

For a local business or service. The sections that fit you: a clear intro, your services, photos, hours, location, prices, and an easy way to get in touch. The most common thing we build, and usually the right answer.

02
A site with a blog

For showing up on search over time. Everything the one-page site has, plus a place to publish. You write in a simple editor, hit publish, and it appears on the site. Good for anyone whose customers search for advice before they buy.

03
A restaurant or cafe menu

Guests scan at the table. A code on the table, and the menu opens on the guest's phone with your dishes, prices and photos. No app to download. You change a price and it is changed everywhere, immediately.

04
A shop

Sell online, get paid properly. Products, stock, orders and payment. Card, Apple Pay, or cash on delivery if that is how your customers buy. Add stamp cards, promo codes and pre-orders when you need them.

05
Rooms and stays

For places people book. Your rooms or apartments, with photos, what is in them, and a form that sends you a booking request. You manage the rooms and read the requests in one place.

06
A wedding site

One place for the whole day. The story, the schedule, how to get there, where to stay, and an RSVP form that builds your guest list as people reply. You watch the list fill up instead of chasing people.

07
Appointments

For anyone who books time. Your hours, your services, and slots people can take. Set how long each thing takes, block out the gaps you need between them, and stop taking calls to arrange a Tuesday.

08
Clubs and memberships

For a group with a list. A site for the club plus a members list behind it. Who has joined, who has paid, who to contact. For the kind of organisation that has been running on a spreadsheet and a group chat.

09
A personal site or portfolio

For a person rather than a business. Your work, laid out properly. Photographers, designers, architects, writers, musicians, developers, anyone whose next job depends on someone seeing the last one. Also plain personal sites: a CV that is a real address, a place to put things.

Most of these combine. A restaurant with a menu and a blog, a guesthouse that also sells, a club that takes bookings.

And this is not a menu you have to order from. If what you want is not on this list, ask anyway. It is a website. We have not run into many we could not build.

(03) Control

You run it. No developer to call.

Once your site is live, everything on it is yours to change. One login, and it installs on your phone like an app.

  • Change your menu, prices, hours, products and posts yourself
  • Changes go live straight away, not next week
  • No invoice for fixing a typo, and no waiting on anyone

Write, edit, publish. It is on the site the moment you hit publish.

Bookings

Your hours, your slots, and who has booked what.

Requests

Booking and contact enquiries in one list, nothing lost in an inbox.

Guests

For a wedding: who replied, what they eat, who they are bringing.

Members

Who joined, who is current, who to chase.

Messages

The alerts that reach your phone when something happens.

Your phone tells you when something happens.

An order comes in, a booking request arrives, someone fills in your contact form. You get a message, straight away, wherever you are. You do not have to remember to check anything.

(04) The problem

Most local-business sites look the same, and customers notice.

You have seen it. The same stock photo of someone smiling at a desk, the same four boxes, a different logo dropped on top. It works, sort of, but it does not look like your place, and it does not tell anyone why they should come to you instead of the shop down the road. The second half of the problem shows up later: a price changes, a dish comes off, the hours move for August, and now you are emailing someone and waiting. We built 450labs to take both of those off the table.

  • A site that actually looks like your place
  • Everything on it yours to change, the same day
  • No invoice, and no waiting, for a small edit

What "built around your business" actually means.

We start from your real brand: your colours, your fonts, your photos, your words. We pick the sections that make sense for your kind of business and put them in an order that helps a visitor decide to call, book, or buy. A vet's site and a padel club's site should not look alike, and ours do not.

(05) The deal

Nothing to lose at the start. Nothing to trap you at the end.

Two promises sit under all of it. Both are unusual, and both are easy to check.

Before you pay

The whole site, free to look at

Not a mockup, not a slideshow, not a template with your logo dropped on. A real working site at a private link, on your own phone, built from your brand and your words. If you never come back, it cost you nothing.

After you pay

Cancel whenever you want

No notice period, ever. On a monthly plan the site runs out the month you paid for and stops. On a yearly plan the whole months you did not use are refunded. We would rather you stay because it works than because leaving is awkward.

We only make money if the site is worth keeping. That shapes the whole way we work, including the price.

More about cost and cancelling
(06) Process

Four steps, and the first three are free.

This is a real build we shape together, not an instant generator, so expect a short back-and-forth before you go live.

01
Tell us about your business.

Your name, logo, a few photos, and whatever you already have. An old site or your socials are plenty. Fill in what you know and we take it from there.

02
We build you a live preview.

A real, working version of your site at a private link, sent to you. No payment, no obligation, nothing to sign.

03
We change what you want changed.

Tell us however is easiest: a note, a voice message, or draw straight onto a screenshot of the page and pin the comment where the problem is. The link stays live the whole time.

04
You go live on your own domain.

When you are happy, we point your domain at the site, set up secure HTTPS, and handle the hosting. The domain stays yours throughout.

(07) Trust

We keep the sites lean and the promises honest.

Everything here is how we actually build. Nothing on this page is aspirational.

  • Custom-built around your brand, from your own colours and photos
  • Fast and light on phones, where most of your customers are
  • More than one language when you need it, with a real address for each
  • Set up to be found, with proper titles and clean previews when someone shares you
  • Privacy, terms and the cookie notice handled as part of the build
  • Visitor numbers you can see, from analytics that does not follow people around
  • Hosted on your own domain with secure HTTPS, and your domain stays yours
(08) Work

The best proof is your own build.

So that is where we point most people first: your business, your brand, on a real site with a real panel behind it. If you would rather see live examples for a business like yours before you start, ask and we will send a few. We would rather show you the real thing than a wall of logos.

(10) Questions

Questions owners ask first.

Q1 Is the preview really free?

Yes, genuinely free. We build a real, working version of your site and send you a private link, and you pay nothing to see it. We build it because we are confident you will want to keep it once you have. If you do not, there is no bill and nothing to cancel.

Q2 How much does it cost if I want to keep it?

There are two numbers and you see both before you agree to anything. A one-time setup fee for the build itself, and a recurring fee that covers hosting, keeping it running and fixing anything that breaks. Both are quoted for your specific site once you have seen the preview, so you are never agreeing to a figure before you know what you are getting.

Q3 Is it expensive?

Less than an agency, by a wide margin, and we would rather say that plainly than dance around it. We are a small studio with no sales team and no office, and the price reflects that rather than reflecting a worse job. The preview is the honest test: you see exactly what the money buys before any of it is owed.

Q4 What if I want to stop?

You stop. There is no notice period. On a monthly plan the site runs to the end of the month you have already paid for and then stops, with nothing further to pay. On a yearly plan we refund the whole months you did not use. We think asking for two months' notice after someone has decided to leave is not a fair way to treat people.

Q5 How long does it take?

Your first preview usually comes back within a few days of telling us about your business. After that it is a short back-and-forth: you ask for changes, we make them, and you go live whenever you are happy. There is no rush from our side.

Q6 Do I own the site and my domain?

The domain is yours and stays yours. We never register it in our name, transfer it, or take over your nameservers. If you leave you keep the domain and your content. What you do not get is the code or the hosting setup, since that is the thing you are paying us to run. On request we will write up your site's design so someone else could rebuild it.

More about cost and cancelling

No payment to see it, and no obligation after. You only pay if you decide to keep it.
